Further to the announcement made by the company on 22 August 2006 regarding the purchase of 15,000 ordinary shares by the company on 21 August 2006, these shares were subsequently cancelled with effect from that date. PHSC plc now has a total of 9,810,504 Ordinary Shares in issue.
