In accordance with FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, the Company advises that, following the purchase and cancellation of 50,000 shares during March 2008, its issued share capital now comprises 11,521,019 ordinary shares of 10p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, PHSC plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
